Zitta de Fries is one of the world’s leading experts in embodied Enneagram work—and one of the few who combines this mastery with 50 years of professional performance experience.

From the Royal Danish Theatre to Cirkusrevyen Zitta has performed over 1,000 shows, choreographed major productions, and coached hundreds of performers in the art of physical transformation.
